Dexamethasone Na phosphate 0.1%, neomycin sulfate 0.5%
Indications/Uses
Non-purulent conjunctivitis, blepharoconjunctivitis & keratoconjunctivitis, non-specific superficial keratitis, deep keratitis, acne rosacea, keratitis, iridocyclitis, mild acute irritation, non-purulent blepharitis, scleritis; episcleritis, scleroconjunctivitis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1-2 drops 4-6 times daily.
Contraindications
Acute, untreated purulent bacteria, viral or fungal infection of the eye, acute superficial herpes simplex keratitis, vaccinia, varicella & most viral diseases of the cornea & conjunctiva, tuberculous eye infections.
Special Precautions
Prolonged use, posterior subcapsular cataract, glaucoma w/ optic nerve damage, perforation causing thinning of cornea, secondary infections, overgrowth of nonsusceptible organisms; childn.
Adverse Reactions
Corneal ulcers, raised IOP, visual defects.
